Powered by a Lister HR2 2 cylinder air cooled diesel engine.

Calorifier provides hot water from an immersion heater when on mains hookup The boat is fitted with radiators but the diesel boiler has not yet been fitted.

Kitchen fittings are basic but functional. The fridge is a standard domestic fridge running from inverter or mains hookup.
The bathroom is equipped with a Porta Potti toilet and shower - it is in need of updating.
The cabin is equipped with an folding table and bed-settee and contains a Morso squirrel solid fuel stove. When we lived aboard this was the only source of heat we had! The boat is very well insulated.


On the Coventry Canal

Thomas Ryan was our home from 1999 until 2001 when the pressure of owning too many books drove us to bricks and mortar!
She is fitted out as a liveaboard with a large main cabin and galley, and fixed double bedroom.
